New Customer Portal Experience is Here!

What you’ve been waiting for is finally here: The ALL-NEW Merlin Industries Customer Portal Experience. We appreciate your patience as we have navigated through a couple of temporary portals while working on our new customer portal. We are pleased to announce that it is finally ready to launch.

Starting Tuesday, March 31, you will use the email address that Merlin has on file to log in to the new customer portal. If you have been using the portal, the same email will be used to log in to the New Portal. Do not use your Apple/Google/Microsoft logins, as they are not currently associated with the Merlin data. Please choose “Continue with email.” You will be sent a one-time passcode to this email ID to enable your login. UPDATE: This email will now come from noreply@merlinindustries.com. Your device login will be saved automatically for future logins. If your account has been dormant for a few days, you may have to sign in again, and a new one-time password will be sent to your login. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with your Merlin Account Executive for assistance. Your Account Executive can assist you if you need additional email addresses added to your account.

The new portal will offer everything that you are used to receiving from Merlin. You will be able to review account information, order and quote status, create quotes and orders, and access important documents such as the Price Guide and measuring forms. You also have access to Merlin Drone Magix as well as AB Data Entry. We will continue to enhance the experience and add new features as they become available.
