We understand that some of the benefits of being a valued Merlin customer are currently on hold since our cyberattack and we know you’re all wondering when and how some of these will be restored. As we mentioned in one of our letters, what was known as the Dealer Portal will not be returning in the same form as it was before. Instead, we are using this opportunity to bring you a whole new customer experience through our new up and coming work order system.
Below is a list of features you’ll be able to utilize within our new customer portal in the near future.
This new customer experience is currently being tested by some key customers. Please understand that this platform is currently in testing mode and while most statuses should be accurate, there may be some that have not been updated accurately in the new system yet.
